a minute ago I have their windows fitted in my home and after about 2 and a half years the frames completely bent out of shape meaning I cannot close my window properly so there is a gap. As well as this the frame has completely became detached from the top of the wall. I called up about this last week and was told that warranty only covers glass and not the frame so if I want it sorting I'll need to replace the entire window. Awful quality product this is the second issue I've had with them the first time the door frame bent out of shape so it couldn't lock meaning my home was insecure for the weeks that it took for them to sort it. Avoid these guys.
