Avoid this company!

Anthony Johnston Installations were introduced to us by a big kitchen supplier. Main complaints are: Poor customer service - You will need to be very proactive if you want your kitchen fitted in a timely manner. Incomplete work - We employed another fitter to finish the work. Poor fitting - The new fitter examined the work and discovered simple mistakes made to the panels in the corners between the units. Refusal to refund the deposit we paid for additional works that have not been completed, and in some cases, not started. Damage to our property - List of items damaged below: - Window pane on our front door. AJI refused to replace this. Wine carafe - AJI have now offered to replace this - Front panel on our dishwasher - AJI are denying that they caused this damage. Overall, our experience with Anthony Johnston Installation was extremely negative and stressful. We would advise avoiding them at all costs.
