We offer a wide range of massage services that are designed to provide you with the utmost in relaxation and results. We want you to feel calm and at peace while you are at Sala Thai Spa, but we also strive to have you leave feeling renewed, energetic, and refreshed!
We have created a welcoming setting where you can take your time, unwind fully and enjoy a wonderfully relaxing massage. There are five spacious treatment rooms, which occupy two floors. Each room is equipped with massage beds specially handmade in Thailand, and all our rooms are furnished in a stylish way, using a blend of traditional and modern luxury. Shower facilities are available and a waiting area where guests are offered complimentary beverages.
Our speciality is traditional Thai massage, a type of deep tissue massage which our specially trained therapists carry out as authentically as possible. In addition to Thai massage we also provide a range of other treatments, so that you can indulge yourself in more ways when you visit us:

All of our treatments are carried out by therapists who have been professionally trained by experts at the world-famous Wat Pho Massage School in Thailand, otherwise known as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, the birthplace of Thai massage.

"I've never had a Thai massage before and I must say this was the best. I was greeted by Nancy, she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I have had sciatica for a while now and since the massage I have no problems whatsoever. I will be going back soon as I believe a regular massage is good for your all round game."

"I've never had a massage before let alone a Thai one. I was bought a Groupon voucher as a birthday present and so decided to pop along. The staff are friendly and seem to enjoy it when you're a bit of a newbie to massage, but at the same time they are professional. The place is spotless and beautifully decorated. You can have a shower before and after if you want. The massage was brilliant she even gets on the bed and walks on you to get all your knots out. To be honest this felt a bit strange and it's quite funny but at the same time it's worth it. I've been three times now and enjoyed all three. Thank you."
